All he has is his little Assistant. Alan goes walking around outside and just wandering around. The people that want to harm him most likely know what he looks like. Going with line 2 she would be the perfect protector because no one would see her as a threat and no one knows her.

This is just my theory/opinion. That theory could change if I got the premise of the game wrong. For me it fits for a spy/espionage situation.

Anna might be hiding something but she must be fearless coz she has dirt on Clara. If Clara threatens her then Anna can just threaten her back :p

I consider the text on the pictures in the game to be the most reliable source of information! You are absolutely right about Anna's personality! A curious picture is emerging ! Anna has secretly provided Alan with a tracker and is tracking all his movements! Alan was surprised to finally notice that Anna is much wiser and more reasonable than her peers! Anna voiced her impulses aloud: explosive rage and the fact that Anna shed someone else's blood like two fingers on the asphalt! All the facts together suggest that Anna is not the person she pretends to be and is older than her years!!!! Everyone will be fucked!!!

The other pills your thinking of are not Viagra. Viagra is used for treating high blood pressure in the lungs respiratory system and for erectile dysfunction. It increases and helps to stimulate the blood flow in those 2 areas. Was probably created for only the respiratory use and the boners were a side effect that they figured would make more money so remarketed the drug for ED. I didn't see this, it probably was due to the wrong Ren'Py SDK, there are 2 versions used, you can always go by "script version" you also need to check (renpy folder) vc_version.py and __init__.py (line 80 ish) and see if it's the same SDK version.
