Nall, most of the time futas are just used to be easier to sale presudo gay male porn. If they going to add her, just female is a better way to go and she would be a nice addition if they really are planning to make a male protagonist in the future with female zombies.

Futa can indeed be bad because FUTA is bad.
I rest my case.
Anyway, jokes aside, not everything has to be Futa. Lady Dim would definitely serve well as a female boss for a male protagonist, as she's both an established female boss character (there's not a huge amount of those in the franchise who would be considered fuckable to most, let's be honest) and one who would be capable of performing H attacks to a male character without being a custom creation or a reimagination of an existing enemy.
While you could make the case for there to be futa/non-futa versions depending on the player character's gender, I'd argue that she'd make a great lesbian boss, again, of which there is limited potential. We have loads of dicks already, from all the enemy types in the game, and undoubtedly there will be some more in the form of bosses. We don't need more by spoiling what few female bosses we have with dicks where they shouldn't be.
This also applies to Lady Dim's daughters, if they were cleaned up somewhat. Nobody likes bad oral hygiene, after all.
Also, Futa sucks.

Their is no need to say an opinion is wrong as they are not factual statements but as they are reflection of beliefs so he is not wrong, yet neither are you in liking them, however, the major of those that follow the game here might not share your ideology.

Not really. The whole thing about zombies is that they act more like animals and give in to their instincts, in this case fucking. Honestly I'm not all that repelled by zombies simply because of this, because they don't act like humans would.
But overall yeah, male bodies are disgusting and I much prefer having a female body with a dick on it.
