You're wrong, there is a couple scenes where the MC is being dominated (with Kathleen and Veronica), but it's always a choice between dominating or being dominated.

Dalia is out because...well...of her job.
Felicia is one of those women that will just cheat on you at some point, I feel. She is nice and seems to have a good heart, but I doubt she can be faithful to anybody for long.
Rosalind could probably be a great wife if you treat her and her kid (or maybe kids) at least decent.
Mina also could be a golden ticket. She can be a bit fake at times, so that could end up being a problem but so far in the game...well...Ian was just a huge idiot for pushing her away.
I tend to break from otherwise fairly modern/sexually welcoming views on this and agree with JasonsGranpa here.
On prostitution/porn in general, disregarding the rest of their lives and the emotional side, the simple choice of career to fuck for money means they hold an implicit expectation of any potential romantic partners being okay with this. What a horribly arrogant notion! This extends to male actors too. (obviously those that are just trying to get money in a quick fix don't apply, I'm talking about those making a career)
So for starters, yes, the idea that a potential partner would require you to accept they fuck other people during the relationship as a condition for even being with them is rotten relationship material to the core. I'm not opposed in anyway to swinging/adventurous couples that go out on weekend orgies. This is not that - this is begining the relationship from a framework of asymetry (unless they're both in the business, that's a whole different dynamic Im not touching)
Furthermore, fundamentally, who does porn attract? No, not nymphos. No, not "sluts".
It attracts women with poor impulse control, and I don't mean sexual. It attracts those who would prefer to have the time of their lives on the weekend spending 100s or 1000s of dollars on fun, then needing to earn that back during the week with a minimal skillset. A different option would be the crappy retail/labor job (like so many americans) - which wouldn't earn enough for the hedonist vacations. That's not objectively "worse", it just means their lives are sine waves with much larger peak amplitudes- and that does not bode well for relationship stability; between lovers, between friends, between family, anything.

I think we need to focus on the subgroups a bit. The groups you describe are certainly problematic for any type of halfway normal relationship, no doubt about it!

Those partners ok with them continuing shooting porn or being a hooker are a whole other can of worms.

Either or I would say. At least so far we only know that she is very desperate and fears for the well-being of her child, so she does what she thinks she has to. I also think she is a lot more of a deviant than she seems to let on, but we will see if I'm right with that further down the line, I guess.
Of course for MC as is she is simply too old and I don't think she is looking into ever starting a serious relationship with him. So in terms of the game that might not happen. For the MC Hana or Mina (so far) are probably the best options for a serious relationship.
