Do i have to play part 1 to play part 2 or is the part 2 including part 1 ( like I just have to download part 2)?

The latter. But you will have to download part 1 as well if you want all the content because there are a few missing pictures. You can just copy-paste them in.

If you're getting a black screen during h-scenes, it means you haven't copied the Pictures folder from Part 1 and pasted them into the Part 2 Pictures folder.

Um I have to ask is the download link on the first page fully translated or do I have to go through a process.
It is translated to some degree. I don't know how much. Follow the first post's process to install the latest patch
Is there somewhere where I can download the game with part 2 and 1 merged with the latest translation? I admit I am horrible at going through all the technical stuff especially when Mega downloads are unavailable.

No. You can download the prepatched, but it is not the latest version. It's not very technical. Dargoth has an exe while you just need to copy-paste Arzorx's scripts. If you are still confused though, there's a video of Arzorx installing the patch somewhere in the thread. You can find it and copy what Arzorx does.
Just check the nopy link, it's from 2018, not even worth the trouble to download since it's very old version.
