Plot: I found it interesting, of medium-high duration, at least it is present compared to other visual novels with a series of non sense content thrown there. (4/5)
Characters: Many, with different personalities and designs, all characterized a minimum. And they are all connected to the main plot most of the time. (5/5)

I love this game! More frequent updates would be greatly appreciated, but besides that, I have no complains! There are many great h-scenes and the characters are also very diverse and appealing. But the greatest thing is the story... Haven't seen anything like it in other h-games.

To be honest, I'm furious while playing this game, and my frustration grows, despite others warning me. However, I know how tempting curiosity can be.

First things first, the game starts off great with a promising revenge plot and the goal of building a harem. The character models are well-made, and there are even some fetishes included that I enjoy, like incest. The romance aspect is decent, but I hoped it would improve as I progressed through the story. So my initial impression was a solid 4 out of 5.

However, the more I played, the more questionable it became. The story went from being interesting with great potential to mediocre, and at times even laughable. But as long as the "revenge" aspect of claiming the waifus improved, I thought it would be alright. Unfortunately, more and more pointless sex scenes were thrown in, which initially I enjoyed, but they quickly became dull.

The biggest disappointment was the unavoidable scenes where the girls engage in sexual activities with random guys. Thankfully, not all of them were like this, but the ones that were happened to be the hottest and had the most potential, yet they had the fewest sex scenes and lacked romance. This made me deduct a point from my rating, and it happened during the mid-game.

What truly infuriated me were the latest moments of the game. Not only did the character model of my favorite girl become unattractive, but her entire personality suddenly transformed into a bimbo without any buildup. On top of that, the plot seemed to be completely overthrown without any logical explanation. As I read comments, it became apparent that this was all planned so that the "sub" plots could be implemented and make sense in the game. This is why I ultimately gave the game a rating of 2 out of 5.

These subplots mainly cater to netorare/sharing fetishes and seem to dominate the focus in the latest updates. Unfortunately, they are incredibly dumb, I must say. While the heavy netorare can be avoided, the lighter netorare where some of the girls engage in minor sexual activities or get groped by other guys is unavoidable. Moreover, there are even more pointless cuckold scenes involving the main character's past or other males with potential love interests, all under the excuse that they are not in a committed relationship.

Honestly, the game started off great, despite the initial cuckold scene, but it ended up being really terrible by the conclusion. The only redeeming aspects are the models and animations in the game. Fortunately, you have the option to watch these scenes without having to endure the torture of playing it and trying to make sense of what's happening.

This game is fun.


When I was thinking about the review I would write for this game, that’s the first thing that popped into my head. The story is fun, the girls are fun, the sound effects are fun, the music during pivotal scenes are fun (and often times hilarious. You may find yourself rolling on the floor when the “IT’S JOHN CENA!” clip plays), and the adult content is both fun and sexy. There’s a decent amount of rape scenes, but they’re the kind of half-hearted rapes you find in most hentai where the girl objects until the wonder that is the MC’s massive member woos her into submission. More than one character is raped at the start and then begging for more in subsequent scenes. Hardly politically correct, but who cares? It’s porn!


The story revolves around a revenge narrative wherein the MC wants justice for wrongs done to him and his father and is willing to rape and/or romance his way through women to get it, including some incest. The MC is cold and calculating in his pursuit and the cat and mouse games are fun to read through as the story gets more and more complex.


The adult content is top tier with many of the “I hope he gets to have a threesome with those two!” or “I hope he punishes that sneering evil girl with his cock” wishes coming true. The designs are varied enough that you’ll never struggle to tell two love interests apart, and you won’t find any girls with tires strapped to their chests. While there are buxom characters, they’re not unrealistic to the point where you’d object, and most of the characters have normal backsides with B through D cups in the front. The adult scenes are plentiful, multi-staged, well-written, and well-animated. Some of the girls are near instant sluts while others have a more gradual progression resulting in a good balance of adult content throughout. You won’t have to wait hours to get to a sex scene, but you won’t see all of the sex scenes right off the bat either. You won’t be keeping your pants on for long, and you’ll likely find yourself visiting the gallery from time to time to revisit the spicier scenes.


There have been some gripes by others about the time between updates, but as a non-paying customer I’m not going to complain. One-man projects take time, and the author of Waifu Academy puts the time in so that you’re rarely disappointed by the new content once it comes out.


The only criticism I can think of is that the over-the-top pervert otaku character that helps out the MC from time to time is a little too over-the-top. As Yahtzee once said in a game review, “Deliberately annoying is still annoying!” I hope the character is toned down a bit in future updates.


I keep about 80 or so games on standby on my hard drive but I can count on one hand the games that get me excited when they’re updated. Waifu Academy is one of them. As of version 0.9.9, definitely five stars. Works exceedingly well both as a story and as pants-off adult material.

It was my first ero game which characters made by unity (?)
it is my first and favorite ero game out there.
Even tho im a huge fan of beezle bub games (train 300% capacity has my greatest kinks)
But story-gameplay-humor-art-girls-scenewise WA is the greatest one yet..

So anyways.. its great, play it.. you need it!

This is going straight to my top 3 games.

Story is well built, MC is fcking great smartass, Characters are truly lovely, Graphics are solid although some animations could have some more polishing. Even tho I hate starting unfinished games this one is going to be a gem. It's definitely worth a try.

Overall in my humble opinion it is a gem that's worth a try and player's support. Im dying for the next update, since devs really put a heart in it.

I recently played through this a second time, after v.9.9 came out, and thought it time to drop a brief review.

Despite some minor spelling and grammar issues, the text is remarkably witty, and a joy to read. The machiavellian MC is a refreshing change from the typical white-knight sort. The LIs are hot, diverse, and insanely numerous. The story is interesting, and there is a lot of it: but it suffers from too large a scope. Settling all the extant plot elements in a satisfying fashion would require an enormous amount of additional material, and it has taken years to get this far: so you won’t want to hold your breath.

If you don’t mind the idea of reading the first book of a really good trilogy: knowing that you are unlikely to ever see the remaining volumes; then I recommend this.

Hi first of all your game is great and how many updates are remaining hopefully a lot more because I can't get enough of it and what about impregnation option and solo endings for most characters like tomoe the mother of mc, the principal, the neighbour and her daughter hope to see it all and one more thing I haven't played a well written well story telling game better than this keep going on buddy hope to see your game grow keep it up on what you are doing

I am only rating the game, not the developer. The game is really great as it is and you can thoroughly enjoy it. Already there are several hours of game play and several really hot scenes I greatly recommend it. Although don’t hold your breath for updates.

Wow! I've been enjoying these games for a year now and I wish I had played it sooner. There's great quality renders in this game, lots of beautiful women. It is quite funny at times and it's over all just a fun game to play!

I like the animations although some of them are kinda awkward at times and not quite the quality I'd expect considering the rest of the game. The game-overs are kinda annoying which makes the walkthrough necessary for me, at least.

There's a few spelling errors but nothing too detracting from the overall experience. This can't be taken for granted, unfortunately. It is very nice and good writing.

I hope mc can progress with Tomeo more I was very teased by the neighbor when she joked about being pregnant. I'd love to see some knocking up happen to the harem.

One of my favorites visual novels: a bit complicated, but good story with often funny points, but mainly nice girls, that's what is going on here. Most of them are truly the goddess. I can't wait to see what happens next. Thanks a lot @Irphaeus

Clearly a great game to play.
Girls are beautiful and diverse enough in characters, traits, speech etc. so that you don't feel they are a copy-paste of each other.
Music& sound are interesting from the moment they started to appear.

The story is interesting (even if at times, it speak too much) and the comedy/humour is right on spot, well timed and really fun, which is quite unusual in games.

The only reasons in fact I did only give 4 stars are:
- a bit because of some sex scenes animation (or animation in general) which have some weird vibe compared to the magnificient static scenes. I hope those scenes will be reworked but it's not a given at all since I assume they take a lot of production time for a minimal time of appearance in the whole game.
- the quality of the beginning, which is clearly less than after, and the difference of quality is clearly felt when you start from scratch up to what I played (that is v0.9.9). I assume this flaw can be reworked when the game is polished at the end.

Put a lot of thought into making this review as short and concise as possible but failed miserably as theres way too much to unpack.

4 years following this VN. So many times i have given the developers slack on update schedules because they all have their own circumstances IRL, but damn 4 YEARS in production and we are lucky if we get 2 updates a year. That is my first and biggest disappoint with this VN.

I have loved this game since i first played it and for that I am even still giving it 3 stars, although it could fairly be rated lower. The good things about this game are the renders and animations. The characters and character models are really well done for HS and the scenes are really hot.

My beef is with the writing and the MC himself. In the beginning the whole "revenge" thing was ok because it was limited to the people that had hurt him. However, the MC is worse than all those people put together. He is such an asshole that he would willingly ruin innocent people to get revenge on the guilty ones. Which.. tbh is just evil. Also the choices between Love/Revenge paths dont always have much seperation, the only difference between them is if you are the one in the sex/molestation scenes or if other men get involved. One could argue the "sharing" tag should be included. In several cases the girls form a deep emotional attachment to the MC, yet his internal dialogue is still debating on pimping them out to get access to people he wants revenge on.

Too many women for the mc to devote much time to them all. It seems centered more around his family and close neighbors (Shiela, mom, Catherine) And random events in school and train. Sometimes we finally get with a new girl and we will have a few scenes with them over an arc and then they are forgotten for years, never to have another scene. Theres even a few girls that have a scene and are forgotten right away as if they never existed.

interesting good game, but the gallery part and the scene replay part of the game, is uncomplete or buggy. Yoko nishimoto in game water pic is not unlockable at all in the gallery even if you finish the game. And in the scene replay most scene with her are missing.

the same goes with Jira Baagha'l her motobike pics are not unlockable.
this is very frustrating to finish a game with these bugs.

i don't even know where to start with this one. i've been following this game for about 4 years now and the progression it's had so far isn't looking very promising

updates are way too slow, to the point if you get 2 updates a YEAR you are a very lucky individual. also from what i've seen, the writing keeps getting worse and lazy, filled with typos and unnecessarily long dialogues. i'm not the type to just blatantly skip through texts but at some point i end up doing just that

karma system is an absolute mess. i have no doubt in my mind it's not going to be implemented properly anytime soon, if ever

the story seemed interesting at first, as you progress though you can easily tell that the developer doesn't have the slightest idea what to do with it

and the most frustrating thing, we still can't run through kayane. I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR SO. DAMN. LONG.

besides everything; the humour, fun references and characters aren't too bad. in fact, they're the only thing that keeps you playing. that and the sex scenes, because gahdamn.

i am very much ashamed to say that this game is my guilty pleasure. don't get me wrong though, the developer is a lazy scamming douchehat that'll most likely milk this game for as looong as he can and never deliver the full product. cheers

Actually made me laugh a couple times out loud, great animation/ character design, really good story. To put it short, this is the game that got me hooked on the genre. I can't wait for the full release.

People are going crazy over how great the models looks, I mean it's AI Shoju studio or something like that with 4k textures, which is fine with me if the author does something with the program i'm too lazy too figure out. Like Skyrim porn.

That being said the scenes are pretty hot, the ones with Shelia go to the top of the list. People want to know about story, but these Ren'pys go on forever with dialogue and have porn plots, where nothing can really happen cause the dev has to keep adding porn. So stuff kinda happens, but doesn't mean anything. So i don't really read more than i need to here and there.

Lots of content, wish the models had vagina bones cause the thing just kinda goes into the thing like it's a flat texture, but the dev positions the models really well for lots of variety. Just be aware it's easy to get a game over from bad choices so save often.

My Honest opinion the art is good, character etc. but for Story is not my type. but on the side of the story there is something lacking like in the locker section with asuka whether there is no other choice and always leads to game over. After that the choice is peep hole, can't we skip that scene, I mean the game lacks branches and every time the Protagonist talks a little to women it immediately leads to sex or etc. the game lacks options for the Protagonist as we can choose between Love Route, Slave/Submission route or Dominant Route etc. so we just follow what story the developer has provided for us

Personally, I place it among top of the games (Ren'Py) I've played so far.

# The Pros:

1. It has an interesting story.

2. There are variety of characters with their own unique personality.

3. The MC is not dumb & has characteristics to grow stronger.

4. There are two routes the story can progress (Love & Revenge).

5. The animations make the game much better.

# The Cons:

1. It would be better if there were an option to do both routes together. [For example, If one is made slave, the love options disappears & vise versa. Well, it happened in a previous version of the game (sorry I don't remember the exact version as I played this v0.9.8 Pt. ONE almost after a year). Again, if the potion is used on "Keiko Sensei", using on "Yuko" for the negative karma one become invalid. So, to see what it would happen, there's no choice to go back & make the respective choices to unfold those scenes.]

2. I think, it would be better if there were voices in the h-scenes. [Some scenes do contain some voices though it's only for a little time after starting; not the whole scene. Anyway, it's not that big of a deal.]

3. There are some poses that doesn't go very well with the dialogue or conversations. [For example, "Okatu's" some poses with hands in the air & well, I don't really like that pose. ]

4. In this version (0.9.8 Pt. ONE), some dialogues are really shitty. [For example, the conversations with Cat & MC about the moons. Well, a single time is fine, twice is okay but more that that it becomes .]



Anyway, overall, it's an interesting game & I hope to play the later versions as soon as possible.

Hastily done, immoral dev, should have been better. Story is patchwork at best. Easily forgettable events, the first few updates were great, then it all went to shit. Hope somebody else reworks this project from the ground up
