when when loading a save from disk after you have already started game, it loads in the sidebar

I found that reloading the page fixed the issue.

No need to get so defensive there are no cheats even after replacing the html file.

At the bottom of the sidebar on the left hand side is a button that says "Codes, walkthrough and FAQ".
Click on it and you'll see a place to enter in a number with "Enter your code..." below it.
Enter in a number from 1 to 133 as listed in the included Cheats.txt file.
