Found out about it too, this thing is bonkers as well. Tho the male characters were literally an eye sore to watch.
It's basically just close relatives of this game.
Among less closely related games, there is Breeders of the Nephelym, which is apparently related to a few farming-themed games like Corruption Ranch. They don't have much management, and focus on breeding better monstergirls and monsterboys.
There are a few brothel management games, such as Isekai Parlor Simulator, but they don't have pregnancy (or at least, don't have childbirth).
Does anybody know how to fix this issue regarding Surgy's modpack? Sometimes girls are born with flat breasts, when the UI says otherwise... this freezes my game so I have to restart and load a previous save. Any help is appreciated!

After disabling some pixys and some time after abling again it stop working, is this a bug? the birth show first is on but the pixys won't do their job
First, two mods in the modpack may cause problems with pixies. Its "restless girls" and "pixies in private", if I'm not mistaken.
Second, note that birth shows are not allowed to show monster births, because breeding monsters is illegal. Breeding horses is legal, though.
Third, note that birth shows also require "automatic delivery" to be on. And that global settings override a slave's individual settings.
Fourth, make sure you have enough pixies. It's rarely a problem at your stage of the game, though.
Finally, after loading the game, pixies sometimes get stuck, and you'll need to help them out by returning slaves to where they belong.
Complex Breeding (+ For Dummies) is an incredible setup with great features but I've always felt it needed better balance. Can anyone help me with modding or creating the following?
- Reconfiguring slave/monster base stats
- Disabling the max depravity stat buffs that Complex Breeding for Dummies brings back
- Restoring the harsher upkeep/soft pop cap penalties of older Complex Breeding and having some control over how to configure that rate/ratio
- Reconfiguring the monster quotas and continuing them infinitely, so you keep having to pay monster quotas in higher numbers forever rather than beating the game
- Increasing slave/monster value based on how many essences you've bred into them (Goblin with 10 demonic essence = more value than Goblin with 1 demonic essence)

Essences in Complex Breeding replace stat increases in the unmodded game.
They bundle a number of different stat increases into one. Which is somewhat realistic. And also very complex.

.Regarding the bug I found, this is what BepInEx.Core shows when I select or hover over the character:
Check if you have CB with Tits mod enabled. If you do, and your Tits mod is not installed properly (it's not part of the modpack), it might cause this problem.
I do like the whole breeding thing, breeders of the nephelym is all right but feel like its still kinda blah
Does anyone know how to make your creatures and your character ejaculate faster? especially the mc it's really long
For monsters, it's "breeding time" stat. It can be made as low as 5 seconds, making them premature ejaculators. Somehow, slaves are happy with that and get depraved faster than with longer-lasting men.
For everybody else, similar effect can be achieved with room upgrades. They seem to be quite common on underground breeding rooms, but more rare on brothel rooms.

Hey guys awhile back I found a menu that lets me decide which color of brothel clients had to wear condoms and which ones didnt but I cant seem to find the menu again. Can anybody help me out?
Does anyone have the old version where the slaves have to rest after birth? I think that was the 0.7 version
They have to rest in the current version too. But if "Restless girls" mod is disabled, it may cause their rest time to be zero. So I recommend either using it, or deleting it outright.

Actually, your screenshot does show the cheat menu right there in the top-left corner.
It's semi-transparent and hard to see, but it's there.
Note that for the menu to appear, you have to enable it, exit the game and enter the game once again.
