With the end of A Moment of Bliss we finally have true M/D.
Lineage or Legacy will have true B/S relationship (developer has confirmed it) and potentially true M/S if the devs change their mind.

Dreams of Desire has a lot of similarities to Photo Hunt. Minus the hideously ugly MC and super grindy sandbox.

Yeah, don't expect anything grand. It's just one scene after the MC gets told she has to have a child. Afterwards you can do the nasty with her dad. Played it mostly because it was supposed to have an actual pregnancy mechanic. But even that sucked.
It's a very childish setting but the writing can get VERY dark.

She unlocks pretty late. Just finish other character quests and she will be unlocked.

Umm...banging your STEP-mother is not incest. Unless there is some switch in the game that makes her your real Mum, but she appears much too young for that.

Yes it is, according to the site's tag rules, as well as laws in most of U.S. states and in several countries around the world, in terms of legality, as I posted about in the thread for Single Again (I did a little bit of research when the topic of step-family being incest or not in that thread).
