Sodomy? Where exactly is anal sex a taboo? I'd add rape and necrophilia and strike pre-marital sex. Cheating (extramarital) is definitely a taboo, which is why there is such a huge community behind it. Homosexuality and premarital sex aren't taboo in civilized countries. But I'd also split the taboos into consentual and non-consentual. Which would create two lists:

Anal sex is one of the oldest taboos. It's why the cities Sodom and Gomorrah were burned to ash by God in the Bible. It's still illegal in a bunch of states, though not enforced. It was taboo when incest was considered normal.

Stepcest exists almost entirely due to the fact that payment processors don't want to work with incest content. I only played one game with mind control - Dreams of Desire and I didn't like neither the story, the characters, nor the writing in general.
Well, speaking of the mind control in general, I don't find it appealing. I think most of the excitement in building relationships is the chase, and the mind control takes away that element. I don't mind a bit of that if it's written well, which is not the case of the game that I mentioned above.

In the game I mentioned, the MC loses this mental control and returns to being a failed MC, in other words, he totally depended on mental control to be happy. I was disappointed because I imagined that this control only awakened something repressed in the girls.

The Spellbook is basically a poor man's Dreams of Desire, but half the game is NTR/sub/cuck focused.
Lewds are fappable, but writing is pretty bad, and UI is a freaking nightmare. Also hate that it has its own update launcher.
Have not played for a while, I thought it would be finished by now.
For a better game where mind control is optional for sexy time, try Shut up and Dance. It's basically the spiritual successor to DoD, and quite good.

I hate mind control games. What's the point of having sex with someone who has no sense of personality? As for incest, the game directly eliminates the taboo aspect.
