No idea. I ain't the dev, I don't know their full plans. I imagine both will be implemented, having to deal with horny monsters and being able to consensually get it on with NPCs. I'm gonna guess the dev has no plan to add female monsters, or if they do, will do that later in development after the inclusion of PC on NPC action.

that they believe they'll release the update mid to late September, it ain't an assured thing as I wonder if they have bug testing included in that timeline too due to the massive amount being added. Would also take that post as meaning that they felt probably close to being done with the new locations, dialogue system and events...so they could be in the middle of testing right now.

Ye it's early development stage so basic mechanics and such are being put in I believe so just play it as if it's an sandbox for now.
