the dev notes say "you will NOT be sissyfied" but the game is genre tagged with sissification... i am curious,.. which is true?

Rare are the games where we can sissyfy other players. Despite the little content the game is still promising. 
Certain things don't appear in the inventory, this is intentional. In 0.0.5 items now disappear from the menu when bought
You only need 5% attractiveness, need to have not worked out that day, need girly clothes, "manly" is meant as a joke, and it has to be a reasonable time.
I tried adding the quest tracker to make it easier.

I really appreciate your criticism on the trust routes being aggressive and negative, they are severely underdeveloped, and I'll keep that in mind when I finally decide to expand on them.
Additionally in terms of pacing I definitely agree with you. The sister quest is a prime example of this. It was one of the first I wrote, and hasn't really had a second pass over. In my vision I see I don't want there to be too much explicit content in the beginning, but I sort of just write it as I go along with the general idea being something like this
Act 1 finale: You bang them
Act 2 finale: They are "enslaved"
Act 3 finale: You're basically whoring them out
We'll get there at some point, but it's a long way away.

The game actually auto saves, but you need to disable the setting in chrome "Block third-party cookies"
That happens sometimes on older browsers, try updating it. I've seen it before but its hard to find a solution when I can no longer reproduce it
This is already there if you hover over the bar. A lot of things actually have tooltips if you hover over them.
Typically you what's needed is describe as a hint in the quests tab, they're not meant to be 100% numbers. You also typically need the character to either be at home or away from home, you can see the schedule also in the quest menu

If that's the case, it doesn't work. Got to around 30% attractiveness with no ability to progress the brother's storyline.

Yeah I was also stuck there, but you have to try at a different time it seems. It worked for me after I waited a few times.
Attraction doesn't do anything right now.
For the brother you need 5% fitness, gym clothes, a membership for him, and you can't have used the gym that day.
I'll try to make it more clear what you need to progress each story with in the future
How do i get claire on that date? i go to her house, she asks where we are going, but no option shows.
I wanted to get something out today so I cut it since it wasn't ready yet. I'm going to make a patch for tomorrow to add it back in and fix any bugs that crop up

I'm confused why does it have incest tag? i mean guy is black family is white so it shouldn't be considered incest when they aren't even blood related.
