It was just announced that the next episode will be released this fall
i cannot load my previous saves into the new season, it always shows an error and starts te game all over again. what to do?

When I was reading walkthrough about birthday party, it was mentioned, that sex with Lauren was possibility if you maintain Loyal reputation and 'kissed' status with her. BUT the real question is, is it even possible? I'm using builder to clearly set her status as 'kissed' of 'fwb' and when game starts it is already set as 'friend' eitherway. So... is it impossible to archieve for now?

basically season 1 got so messed up, that there was no other option for devs, other than to migrate ending into season 2, lol. In there, you have this 'path builder' to recreate your choices, and the earliest moment to start is point of returnig from the trip, which was a while before season 1 ends.
Don't know about PB but it is possible with a CK1 save.
Make sure you don't tick "Had sex with Lauren" in Paris under advanced PB options as that sets status to "Dating" by default.
CK1 ends with the plane taking off. CK2 begins when you arrive at the airport in SV.
Try "rolling back" from the very last screen to earlier at the airport (eg when you're thinking about the trip and what evryone enjoyed most) and save there. Not guaranteed to work but it has for me on occasion.
Episode 2 for CK2 is planned for Fall 2022 (the exact date is not yet public).
Episode 2 will be about The Pool Party.

You can also have the scene as a confidant if you are already her boyfriend. But to make a perfect party in CK2 and get the achievement I think it's impossible unless you make the party in CK1 and then you have to load a save before having the scene with Lauren to get the achievement in CK2

I managed with a fwb setting. She mentioned it would be her first time. However, I still failed to make a perfect party because Penelope refused to help me.

I can't tell right now if it's a save or game problem because there is an old upload on f95 (it's just that this upload came from a gofile that I no longer use and that upload is no longer available) that I no longer support and I don't know if all the current files are in it. I tested my entire upload (it is not public) a month ago by starting the game over and completing the entire game without any problem. The only hint I can give you is that you can skip the scene with the reply to the Kiwi post. Load save before error occurs and just start the console Shift + O and in the console write jump v9_room_fri_aft_contW and confirm it by clicking ENTER. Simply doing so will skip the bugged scene.

it's not the save. The kiwii was broken from the beginning, but this time I couldn't ignore it and proceed. On Steam someone wrote that it will be fixed with next update, so they must know the bug.

I agree. You need to get rid of the square brackets [] in the name of the folder.
You named your game folder "D:/Downloads/Play/College Kings [Act 1 - v1.1.2s] - windows and linux". try renaming it to something like "D:/Downloads/Play/College Kings1-v1.1.2s-pc" as the square brackets usually indicate to Python/RenPY that a variable is in there, hence the error about something "dynamic" in your tracelog.
Notice the error in your tracelog you posted, near the end: "Could not find substitution 'Act 1 - v1'.", it is looking for a variable named "Act 1 - v1", because of the square brackets you are using tell Python/RenPY there will be a variable in there named "Act 1 - v1.1.2s". Rename the folder like I said, no square brackets (or any brackets). NEVER use square brackets in a RenPY game name, filename or folder name etc.
