thanks this was helpful - granted google translator couldnt translate everything but still provided some more info than what I was able to find before.
a few new type for chara maker and a few new sex position. That is the most detail I can notice.
from the link that @TheBlueKnight posted above, it looks like there were new clothes, hair and personalities added. Granted I might have read it wrong from the HS website but that was my understanding.
Think the only way to get a futa to function as one is to use them as your player character, the AI girls can only behave like regular girls.
Go to a terminal if you don't want to start a new game. Select change player, then switch the card selection from the male to female tab (click the female ♀ symbol) and pick the futa girl.
