Ren'Py - Photo Hunt [v0.16.3 Extra] [Moochie]

This is one of the best games here. So much visual and they are all stunning. One thing maybe to criticize is that the eyes are a bit wide and there are too many girls. Events are interesting and the story is wonderfully exciting.

I will edit my review when we can finally bang the Mum.
Evelyn want the D so bad, why can't we just give it to her? She is not the Holy Grail. She is not the Sacred Cow. She is a super hot MILF, and deserves some sexy time. Maybe when she gets black out drunk, she slips and falls on the D? Anyway just really frustrated with that in an otherwise pretty good game.
Edited my review since Mum is now bangable. Still not a 5 star as it should have happened much sooner, and the game has lots of other issues, but at least that's not one of them anymore.

I am amazed at how much I enjoy this game. I usually don't like a game with a lot of grind, but this one seems to balance the grind with the tease very well. Plus, the renders are top notch... and I mean top notch. There are hardly any bad renders in the entire game and that's saying something.

Moochie has somehow balanced a cartoonish, lighthearted quality with a realistic look and feel.

The only cons I can come up with are related to the game play. Next steps and hints are not obvious and you can get caught in long grinding cycles without really making any progress.

Of course , my biggest complaint is there is the incest. Normally I just skip these games but this game is so highly rated I gave it a chance. I don't understand incest but I get that it's a fetish and who am I to judge, but it's not for me. It is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars.

A really great game. A lot of work and attention to detail has been put into it and it shows.

The best game in quantity of content, besides having good animations and great characters, it takes a while to start having real content, but when it starts there is a lot, so it is a great option for those who have patience for a few hours of preparation

So here is my "Professional" Review of the game. And Im going to be honest as games go this one runs well and the art is nice. Now while thats said the game struggles harshly in the one aspect it really shouldn't, and thats sex. This game is devoid of the good stuff and thats why im giving it 2 stars. Ill watch the game a bit more, id just like more stuff up front at least.

Also this game focuses on the mom a lot and she isnt that interesting.

Good music, interesting characters, well written dialogue and I really liked the cg, artwork and animations. The gameplay, locations, multiple routes for characters and so many events are also very good.

it's one of those game where grind is not endless it's tasteful. characters have real depth. renders are superb. sandbox gives you the freedom of playing around freely and ignore other girls if you want to. only downside is game doesn't update quickly but eh it's probably my selfishness. i want more dammit! must play!

(v 0.10.3a) Not sure that my review is well qualified because I've played just a few hours, and then stopped, feeling a bit bored.

I can't point at something in particular and say that it's really bad. However the experience did not keep me very well entertained:

The girls aren't very sexy.
There was nothing really erotic in the first few hours of play.
All the progress for now was getting friendly talks with the two of the girls (and less friendly with a few more).
Talking was like just clicking through all the menu options, almost all done during the first meetings with them.
I would prefer if the story would develop in a deeper, consecutive manner.
Skills are boosted easily by buyng items at the pawn shop; and no idea what numbers of skills I would need and what for exactly. (Except that I couldn't make some sneaky photos without certain sneaking skill).

Conclusion: the progression of the story and of the relationships isn't really smooth or entertaining; skills and game mechanics mostly aren't clear.

The interface is good though.

Maybe I will continue to play this game later, and then I would update the review.

Awesome Sandbox Game. The characters and art style are really hot. The story, text, and character lines are extremely engaging and sexy. Sex scene feel earned. The build up to the sex scenes are just perfect.

There is a lot to love about this game. The models are fantastic, the scenes are great, and I also quite enjoy the story. I just have one major complaint, and it's the same issue I have with a lot of porn VNs. That is, the absolutely glacial pace to actually get to the sex scenes. I appreciate making the player work for it, and taking your time to deliver a good story, but man, when it takes roughly 9 hours to get a penis into a vagina, that makes it pretty difficult to stay interested for this type of game.

I don't mean to be too negative, it is a really good game overall. Keep up the great work.

As for me, it's the best game I ever played I played in like 500 renpy games no one was as good as this one XD animation, quality, dialogues everything in this game is more than perfect I can't wait for updates and in future your new games this one is really brilliant

Has a nice slow brun, that isn't too slow, and the progression suits the characters.

interesting story, and optional routes are quite enjoyable, and the humor is good.

As for gameplay, it isn't too buggy, and is pretty straight forward once you understand it. (be sure to check the mobile for tips and messages if you get stuck).

Cons:
-Weird looking girls.If one or two i can accept it,But most of them have weird eyes.
-Complicated Walkthrough,you cant see the effect with the girls unless you proceed some of the girls storyline first.

-Limited time a day.Only 4 task you can do in 1 day.1 day have morning,afternoon.evening and night.Then again its acceptable because you need to grind 4 stat in 1 day.

Not for me,tbh.Also with a complicated wt and link with each character story to open route and scene/reaction.I play it only halfway through,then i delete it.If you are okay with grinding and you like sluts as your love interest,this will be your game.

Ok so here we have one of the best games I have tried! And God ! THANK GOD ! Finally a game where the characters do not have abnormally large breasts, or clothes that stick to the skin! The characters, the background, the lights, everything is almost perfect.

The characters all have their own personalities, their own stories, and that makes the game much more alive. And the storyline is not limited to "HUR DURR I WANNA FUCK - LET'S FUCK"

As for the gameplay, it's a bit long for farming, but with the cheat mod, the game is a real delight.

To make it short.

Pros.
The art is the best i see around, by far, i am writing this as a CG artist, the anatomy is very well done, no strange donut butt, no strange boobs, the skin have the correct amount of details on the maps, and the channels are well done, the lighting is great in most scenes, but even if the light is not great, the shader make for it and the scene becomes nice, there is a attention to details.

The characters can be a little strange at first, because they have a unique look, take sometime to adjust the view to it, but once this is done, the girls looks good.

The game put lots of mechanics, stats, almost like a rpg, i think this is good, but will be a con too.
The history have a nice base, taking pictures, this is nice, different, i like it, give some voyer feel that could be explored much more, the history is different from the same "i have a huge dong and i go to X place to fuck everyone".

Cons.
The art is so great that you almost forget about the gameplay.
The gameplay is not the best... you have to grind and grind the stats, money everything... i think this takes away the focus of the game, that is the pictures, a nice original idea that is taken away because you need to find a way to increase some stats... I am sure this could be solved.

The history... I am not a fan of this incest stuff, could make this a choice or something, but even so, i think the dialogue is boring, too long some times, without good information, and because of that, when i play it, i had to go back to read some stuff that i just skip, there is too many lines that don´t add nothing to the history, i really don´t feel the need to read the lines, most just look a waste of time.

I like most of the plots, but i just don´t had the incentive to read everything...

The player stats could be a huge yes here, but i think the game needs to improve that, the grind kills it... you need sneaking skill to take pictures of your sister sleeping, ok... but if you have 20 or 200 nothing changes, and you don´t improve your sneaking because you manage to take the picture, if the developer wants to put all this stats in the game, they should use it better.

Considering all this, the game looks amazing, the best i see, just hope the gameplay will improve later.

Photo hunt is an all original story about a young man who recently moved in with his mother and sister and tried to start off his new life strong though the lense of a camera. Once that goes wrong your forced to try and rebuild your reputation and win over all those whom you offered.
This game has many unquie characters, each with their own personalities and struggles. As you get to know them all, you are offered different paths you can help guide them down.
This game has it's own unquie style and characters that makes it a breath of fresh air in the sea of cloned models. Each one isn't someone I've seen anywhere else and come to life with a verity of facial expressions not generally used.

Story ***** 5 Stars: taken place in situations that are believable and following a path that is unquie for each characters story arcs gives this VN a very rich Story with a ton of replay value. 2 paths per a character and several paths may overlap gives you plenty to enjoy.

Characters ***** 5 Stars: all Unquie and with their own personality. Learning more about each character down each of their respective paths is enjoyable and rewarding.

Renders ***** 5 Stars: since Photo Hunt is trying to capture its own style and appeal the renders are all top notch in its unquie style. It's not a clone of anything else I've seen making the renders truly special.

Animations ***** 5 Stars: Not much different than with the renders for comments.

Character Development: ***** 5 Stars: Each relationship has it's own Arc building and bonding between MC and the Love Interests. This creates a ton of development and growth for not only the MC but his muses as well. It's nicely done.

Overall Score ***** 5 Stars: I can only hope the development of this game continues because it has had an impact on me as far as VNs go. I've only ever replayed one other VN as many times as I have replayed Photo Hunt. Highly recommend this game.
