Ren'Py - Deathable [v0.3.7] [Meorless]

My God I do not play such a good history in a long time, all the characters are captivating, very unique and so far developed personalities, the choices of to be felt in each dialogue, what a good game; The chart is very beautiful too, and the form that the animations were made became very good too, does not like to start a game where the MC is already in relationship but the game is options of how you can follow, I ended up continuing the Closed relationship even wanting to focus on Sara, but a game that I will have to be anxious waiting for more updates.
I'm in love with the narrative and the characters.

The pacing is a 10/10. compelling dialogue and visual storytelling interspersed with well made interactive animations not that are not too far apart. The only downside is that there is not more content. Really looking forward to how the story unfolds with the current foreshadowing.

This is a tough one.
If I'm judging by the quality of the content that is currently in the game, 5 stars. Art, animations, characters, mechanics; all top notch.

But, the game got its first release 3 years ago and so far we are still in the introduction phase. If this is the pace of development, I don't see this game being finished in the next 5 years.

I felt like I played thought an amazing tech demo of a cancelled game.

It is surely one of the best things I have seen. The aesthetic and art part, the attention to detail. (red knees when Eva returns from her meeting with Miguel) The good selection of shots, colors, scenes... It is a very mature project.

I hope and wish that you receive the necessary support to continue with the development.

Meorless has to me found some kind of special sauce, the fantastic artstyle, the scenarios, the relatively believable scenarios that the MC finds himself in when spying on his Mom and Sister is something I cannot personally praise enough. The only exception to this is really the Maria-stand in scene where I am more than happy to suspend my disbelief in the name of getting off.

The scenes involving the sister is by far and beyond the biggest reason I am so enthralled by this game as I am. That's not to say the other scenes are bad by any stretch of the imagination, I'm just an incest-tard specifically towards Sisters and sometimes Daughters, especially rape-y, blackmailing or coerced scenes, so If you've played this game - You may get a hint as to why my enjoyment out of this game is hard to overstate.

I discovered this true shining gem of a game two updates ago, and since the past 2 updates not much has been added to the game in terms of available scenes, There has been additions to the scenes available, further escalating (albeit slowly) with every single update. Considering that all the art is handcrafted, animated and with little to no encountered bugs in any of my many playthroughs of the same ol' content speaks volumes of the craftsmanship from Meorless and the effort put into what they are creating, I can respect that a lot.

While the short updates may seem discouraging in terms of actual content, this game has over the past 2 updates since discovery been the very embodiment of Quality over Quantity where each update has introduced and expanded upon the free-roam and the scenarios involved in them, moving from a decision based menu that we're all used to within Ren'Py to a much more interactive environment that Meorless has said will impact storytelling moving forward (for example; Stealing the Lube and Condoms out of your parents bedside table will have some form of consequences in updates to come, no ETA on when.)

That's not to say I am not a teeny tiny little bit disappointed with the length of the updates, Of course I am. But not to the degree where I feel like any criticism aimed towards the length of the updates is valid - Myself and I am sure a lot of others that can't stop wishing for bigger updates, more content, wishing that we could just get our hands on the finished product with Meorless' vision of the game fully implemented.

Of course I wish that was possible, but I also realize that the process getting there with the meticulous and Hard-Focus on Quality over Quantity isn't something I'd be willing to compromise in favor of faster, bigger or longer updates. To summarize I am happy to wait for an update every 4-5 months as long as the Quality of Writing and unfolding scenarios are of just as high quality up to that point, and I am sure a lot of others share the same sentiment.

It's perfect, down to the last minute details, perfect.

A game that gives you a lot of choices and it's incredibly interactive on the things you can do, there's hints of the possibilities on what you can do once this game updates such as clothing choice, "evil path"

Not a lot of content currently but the ones that are in the game are really good and I love the voiced scenes, there's times for the animation so you can play one handed, hints, starting points, cheats all free you can tell the devs put a lot of love and care into this

I'm playing on Android phone so it's a little bit wonky I see some of the interactions clipping and not showing on my screen but it's very minor, only happens when I'm exploring the rooms

This is one of the most unique games on the site, which is saying something. I love the interactions with the girls, the art style, the sister and the mother specially, but also the girl with the dark crystal glasses. Also, me and my GF prefer anal over vaginal and the fact that you can go all anal depending on your choices makes the game even better.

The game is very atmospheric, these unique interactions allow you to completely immerse yourself in a short but excellent story.

I'm giving it five stars in the hope that the author won't abandon it because of how much time it takes to develop such a game.

The storytelling is top notch, in the top 3% of good games on this site (not a reliable statistic), and I would recommend this game to anyone.

The story doesn't have a lot of ups and downs, but a good story often depends on the storytelling technique rather than the subject matter. I can clearly feel the author's dedication to the storytelling, the subtle changes in the character's expressions, the natural pauses in the dialog, the mother's natural way of smoothing out her daughter's messy hair, these are all unintentional details that are insignificant, but because of this they embody a sense of realism.

At the same time, I haven't forgotten that it's an adult game, and although there's not much progress to be made so far, it's satisfactorily choreographed, the author has his own taste, and it's gradual, but not appetizing, but rather intriguing, and the animation flows smoothly, which is a plus.

The only complaint is that it's short on content for the amount of time it took to develop, but I won't let that diminish my opinion, because good things are always worth more time.

Amazing game, great choices much potential just breath of fresh air looking forward to the many updates to come. Keep it up love it ask that you continue remaining efficient in your work ethic of providing an amazing gameplay storyline and things of that nature.

Five stars entirely on potential, as story-wise I still feel like I'm being introduced to the main plot . This is a very high-effort game so far, and I expect that development will be slow as a result. I love the animation and the sordid little details in the smut scenes. The art style is clear and full of character. The writing is intelligent and the characters are well-defined. The game supports a wide-variety of kinks, all of which are toggleable.

One minor complaint is that I do not like the time-bound responses. It increases the sense of realism and conversational flow, but I prefer to play these sort of games in a considered manner, so much so that even if rewinding was blocked I would then become annoyed at the "necessity" of save scumming.

Still, while I wish that there were more content available, but as long as the development team can remain consistent I think this will end up being an amazing game.

Game is short so far, but what's there is great! Love the art style, and as a personal preference really enjoy the amount of foot content that's in the game so far. I really hope the development continues to go steady and in the same direction. I'm excited to experience more.

I thoroughly enjoyed playing this game. It was It was a lot of fun. The plot is interesting and the characters are diverse. The UI is also different from a lot of the games on this website.

I had frequently seen this one on the recent releases for the past few years, so I figured it was finally time to give it a go. I had hoped there would be a fair amount of content but I was very wrong. The scope of the future product here is way out of line. Given the apparent polish and sandbox skewed mechanics it feels as though it is indeed attempting to be a sandbox game, but the current content is much closer to that of a VN. Under normal circumstances this would be fine, proper well made sandbox Ren'Py games can take time to make, but it has been THREE YEARS since its initial release and there are three chapters worth of content which overall feel like a lengthy tutorial for some wider game I don't think is ever going to come. As for content, the art is fine but the premise is something you have likely seen several times before. Overall I cannot recommend, waste your time elsewhere.

I really like the art. I think the story might be really interesting it certainly has great potential but the reality is there is just very little content to speak of - and that's notable given that it's been in the orks for three years. That said, I'm hopeful that the game will continue to develop because the art is really charming and the characters are cute and actually pretty believable. But, I'm skeptical that the pace of development will result in much more than e currently have.

But here's to hoping.

The free roaming is not optimal yet and still feel like something optional just to say "there is free roaming" but with some patches it might lead to good content! Its already worth playing so just try it!

This one is a nice game. Unique art style. The best title card I've ever seen in AVNs. Loved the story pace. Played Non NTR route on Android. I love you play 2DCG games on Android. UI is smoother. This is surely one of best in 2DCG games. Unwanted fetishes can be turned off. Play time around 3 to 3 and half hours.

Now the saddest part. After playing i thought this was a new game. Sadly nope this was around here for 2 and half+ years. Development progress is slow. You see the core story plot before the title card reveal. Then you never see it. This gonna take a lot of time to complete.
So hoping dev won't abandon this, cause you never know. Wanna say take your time looking forward to next updates

The artwork and animation is sooo nice. Remind me of GGGB by Evakiss when that game popup on forum. Bursting with potential.

Besides the inventory system needing a smooth rework/revamp, very good.
