it's only been 3 months since the last public release. on F95, if someone (like the someone a page back, for example) reports the thread for inactivity (no dev post and no new release) after 3 months' time, the mods mark it abandoned.

that doesn't necessarily mean it's actually abandoned... just that F95 added the tag per their rules.

A real case from f95 - there is a game (kindread), which abruptly ended. And then suddenly the dev wrote he is hospitalized and it is his roommate.

Curiously enough, fessix was last seen here this week, but did not posted anything since 2022.

It's not the first a Russian dev abandoned a game for their safety, if I remember correctly, the dev that made the VN "Off the Record" got drafted to the war and no status of him
