The gameplay in this game is completely fine as is, they just need to fix some messy animations and poses then they can focus on adding more lewd content and actually finish something for a change. Some existing animations still have the penis clip through Jill and she still breaks her shoulders when wielding guns. There's something about Unreal engine hentai games that leads developers to being incredibly unfocused and messy.

Hey guys I have not played this game yet in any version. How many enemy types are there are there just the humanoid zombie enemy or diff stuff? not sure how much H content there is if i want to download/play it or wait.

Three zombie variants (four if you blow a zombies leg off), zombie dogs, and one map has tentacles. Most of those have multiple animations too. It isn't a tiny amount of content but compared to the 5 years of development it isn't enough either.
